1. Digital Product Notice

All products sold on this website are digital products delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

Due to the nature of digital content, once access is granted or the product is delivered, it is considered used and cannot be returned.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products once:

  • The product has been accessed

  • The product has been downloaded

  • Login credentials have been issued

  • Access to the course/material has been granted

3. Reason for No Refunds

Digital products cannot be physically returned.
Once delivered, they cannot be “un-delivered” or reclaimed.

To protect the integrity of our intellectual property and prevent misuse, refunds are not provided.

4. Exceptions (Technical Issues Only)

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product

  • You were unable to access the product due to a verified technical issue that we are unable to resolve
